Michael K. Pepin is an experienced and highly trained attorney in the technical and complex area of bankruptcy. Throughout Mike's career of over 25 years, he has handled thousands of cases, including both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13's.
Michael is also highly experienced in Guardianships, Name Changes, Wills/Living Wills, Estate Planning, Real Estate, Small Business Incorporations, and Adoptions.
After graduating from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Michael K. Pepin was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1987. After graduation, Michael K. Pepin practiced in Michigan's Upper Peninsula until moving here to Minnesota in 2007. While in Michigan he practiced bankruptcy, criminal, family, and banking law. He also served on many boards while practicing in Michigan. He sat on the State of Michigan's Boundary Commission. He also sat as Chairperson of the Recipient's Rights Board for Bay Area Medical Center and UPTRANSCOMM Federal Credit Union.
He has 5 children. He also teaches Business and Law classes at Hennepin Technical College. While not practicing law he and his family enjoy camping, fishing, and hunting. They have recently purchased a home in Pine Springs, Minnesota.
